The Role
We are looking for a motivated, empathetic, results-driven Recruiter to join our early team on a commission-only basis. This is an opportunity to help shape a purpose-led agency from the ground up while earning generously from the placements you make.
You will:
Source, screen and manage candidates across Tech, Digital, Marketing, Admin, EA & Operational roles
Build strong relationships with candidates, understanding their needs, flexibility requirements and strengths
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from first outreach to offer stage
Build and nurture relationships with inclusive employers
Create talent shortlists and present standout candidates
Maintain accurate records in our CRM
Represent Thrive Work’s values of inclusion, empathy and excellence
This role is fully remote and highly flexible, ideal for a recruiter who wants autonomy, meaningful work, and income based on performance.

What We’re Looking For
1+ year of recruitment experience (agency or in-house considered)
OR strong transferable skills in sourcing, sales, talent management or people-focused roles
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence in managing your own time and workload
Empathy, professionalism and a calm, human approach
Ability to deliver high-quality candidate shortlists
Motivation to work commission-only during early-stage growth
You do not need perfect experience. You do need heart, drive, and a commitment to doing recruitment in a more compassionate, modern way.
Commission Structure
20–40% commission per placement, depending on experience and performance
Higher commission tiers available based on monthly placements
Uncapped earning potential
Commissions are paid promptly upon client invoice settlement
